- Supervising and Training Staff:

Beverage Service:
They create and update cocktail menus, ensure consistent quality of drinks, and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Customer Service:
They ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, handling complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Administrative Tasks:
Head Bartenders may handle scheduling, budgeting, and other administrative duties related to bar operations.
Ensuring Compliance:
They enforce health and safety regulations, including alcohol service laws and proper hygiene practices.
