- We are looking to hire a qualified Psychologist to provide mental health support through assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in psychological evaluation, evidence-based therapy, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and testing to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and cognitive conditions.
Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy using a range of evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychoanalysis).
Support patients in managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Educate patients and families on mental health, coping strategies, and available resources.
Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and professional development activities.
Stay current with research and best practices in clinical psychology and mental health treatment.
