- We are looking to hire a Physiotherapist Assistant to support licensed physiotherapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, hands-on, and committed to helping individuals regain movement and improve physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans and therapy exercises.
Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic activities and ensure exercises are performed correctly and safely.
Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after sessions.
Monitor patients’ responses during therapy and report any concerns to the physiotherapist.
Help patients with mobility, positioning, and use of assistive devices during sessions.
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and patient progress.
Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients during rehabilitation.
Follow all health and safety protocols and infection control procedures.
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and inventory as needed.
