Job description:
Home Care Nurses provide care to patients in their homes under the guidance of a physician.
They perform regular visits where they monitor the patient’s condition, assess their wounds, and change dressings as required.
Home Care Nurses also write reports and communicate with the doctor after each visit
- Requirements
- BS or diploma in nursing
Significant experience working as a nurse in a professional setting
Evidence of continued learning to maintain proficiency of professional and technical emerging knowledge
Exceptional problem solving, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
