Description: A Neonatology Specialist, also known as a Neonatologist, is a highly trained pediatrician who provides specialized medical care to newborn infants, particularly those born prematurely or with critical health issues, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex conditions within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), while also offering emotional support and education to families throughout the infants care journey; key responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries, performing specialized procedures, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal newborn health.

Requirements: Proven work experience as a Neonatologist or similar role
A willingness to work long hours and remain on-call for emergency situations
The ability to work under pressure and stress
Strong communication skills and patience and empathy towards patients and their families
Strong dedication and motivation for helping newborn infants
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Neonatologist
