Description: produce, install, operate, service, and test laser systems and fiber optics equipment in industrial, medical, or research settings. They work under the direction of engineers or physicists who conduct laboratory activities in laser research and development or design.

Requirements: Aesthetic Laser Technicians must acquire certain skills and qualifications that align with the nature of the job, including:

Technical knowledge and skill for the operation of a variety of laser equipment to meet a client’s various aesthetic needs.
Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and suitability for laser procedures.
Excellent communication skills to explain the process, risks, and benefits of treatments to clients, as well as to listen and understand their concerns and desired outcomes.
High attention to detail to ensure precise application of laser treatments and to identify and react to any adverse skin responses.
Interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and provide a comfortable and safe environment for treatments.
Time management skills to efficiently schedule and provide treatments in a timely manner.
Customer service skills to perform transactions, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients regarding their recovery and satisfaction.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform delicate and precise treatments.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with the equipment and resolve any client concerns or complaints.
