Description: Key Responsibilities:

Sample Preparation:

Collect, label, and prepare samples for analysis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
Process specimens following established guidelines to maintain integrity.
Laboratory Maintenance:

Clean, sterilize, and organize laboratory equipment and workspaces.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and reorder as necessary.
Assistance in Experiments:

Support scientists and researchers during experiments by setting up equipment and providing necessary materials.
Record observations and data accurately during experimental procedures.
Data Management:

Maintain detailed and organized records of experiments, results, and inventory.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on collected data.
Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols when handling chemicals, biological samples, and equipment.
Ensure that all laboratory activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory setting is advantageous but not always necessary; on-the-job training is often provided.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biology or relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of laboratory information systems and automated laboratory equipment.
A critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding analytical abilities.
