- Description
- We are looking to hire a Laboratory Analyst to join our lab team and support accurate and timely analysis of clinical specimens. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, methodical, and skilled in performing laboratory tests to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other biological samples.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment following standard protocols.
Analyze test results, identify anomalies, and document findings accurately.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and process samples, reagents, and solutions according to testing requirements.
Maintain detailed records of tests performed, results, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to communicate critical findings promptly.
Participate in proficiency testing, audits, and continuous quality improvement activities.
Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling patient information.
