Description: A hearing aid is a small electronic device that you wear in or behind your ear. It makes some sounds louder so that a person with hearing loss can listen, communicate, and participate more fully in daily activities.

Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Audiology or a related field.
State licensure or certification as a Hearing Aid Specialist.
Previous experience in conducting hearing evaluations and fitting hearing aids is preferred.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing the practice of hearing aid dispensing.
Proficiency in using audiometric equipment and software for hearing testing and hearing aid programming.
