- Comprehensive Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, and manage chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
Preventative Care:
Administer immunizations, conduct routine health screenings, and offer counseling on diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes to promote overall wellness.
Holistic Approach:
Address patients overall health and well-being, considering all aspects of their medical, emotional, and social health.
Diagnostic Services:
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, X-rays, and EKGs.
Referrals and Coordination:
Provide appropriate medical referrals to other specialists when necessary and coordinate ongoing care.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Medication Management:
Prescribe medications and other treatments to manage patient conditions.
Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
Relationship Building:
Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing personalized and continuous medical supervision
