Conduct laboratory research and experiments in molecular biology, microbiology, genetics, or related fields.
Develop and optimize biotechnological techniques, such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, cell culture, or protein purification.
Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations.
Collaborate with research scientists, engineers, and production teams on cross-functional biotech projects.
Assist in the development and testing of new biotech products or processes.
Ensure laboratory safety, equipment maintenance, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain accurate and organized lab records in compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GLP, GMP).
