- A senior quantity surveyor manages project costs and budgets for construction projects. They also ensure that projects are cost-effective and meet quality standards.
- Requirements
- All quantity surveying duties including measurement ,valuation and agreement of work. Analysis of blueprint and other documentation to prepare time, cost materials and labour costs and estimates. Assess the cost effectiveness of the projects/tracking actual cost relative to bids as the project develops. Setting up cost monitoring and reporting system and the procedures. Competent in all forms of estimation and in project Management.
