Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Roller Operator to join our team. The Roller Operator will be responsible for operating heavy roller machinery to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate roller controls to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials to required density levels.
Safely and efficiently maneuver the roller to achieve uniform compaction across the entire surface area.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the roller and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, materials compacted, and equipment usage.
Qualifications:

Valid certification or license to operate roller machinery.
Proven experience operating rollers in construction or related industries.
Knowledge of compaction techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions.
