Description: As a Dispatcher, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient non-emergency medical transport across Dubai. You will be responsible for coordinating transport requests, dispatching vehicles, and maintaining constant communication with our drivers and medical teams. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver top-notch customer service will be crucial to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Dispatch Operations: Receive transport requests and dispatch vehicles based on availability and patient needs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Real-Time Communication: Stay in constant contact with drivers, patients, and medical staff, providing clear instructions and updates throughout the transport process.
• Monitoring & Tracking: Use IT systems to track vehicles and monitor the status of ongoing transports, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document transport activities, ensuring all information is logged for future reference and billing purposes.
• Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise, such as delays or vehicle breakdowns, by coordinating alternative solutions and communicating with all parties involved.
• Customer Service: Be the friendly and professional point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved

Requirements: A valid drivers license.
1-year driving experience.
Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Good verbal communication.
Proficiency using GPS devices.
